Foam Roller Reformer and Bedtime Pilates classes now available

December’s new online Pilates classes are designed to support you throughout your day, week, and month, from energising movements to relaxing wind-downs.

We’ll explore traditional reformer exercises adapted to the foam roller, focusing on control, release, and mobility. Build strength and balance, targeting the legs and core with bands to enhance joint stability and bone health. Feel strong and supple with foundational moves to improve strength, coordination, and mobility; ideal for beginners, pre/postnatal clients, or anyone easing back into Pilates. 

To help you relax, Bedtime Pilates offers a somatic practice to unwind and relieve anxiety, ending with a calming body scan for better sleep. We hope these classes bring balance and calm to your month, and we can’t wait for you to try them!
