Postnatal Pilates

Postnatal Pilates aims to help you find the heart of your energy from your pelvic floor, realign your spine after pregnancy moulded it around your baby, and strengthen your body for the physicality of being a mum.

We offer a Postnatal Pilates restorative studio class and an 8-week online course to follow at home. Both are designed to slowly restore muscle function so you can feel your best whilst adapting to motherhood.

POSTNATAL PILATES STUDIO CLASS

Babies, Lattes and Pilates

Our weekly restorative class for new mums and their babies.

We’ll support you in reconnecting to your breath, the muscles of your pelvic floor and abdominals. We’ll help you check for diastasis recti and ensure that you build strength slowly from the inside out.

The class is one hour of postnatal Pilates followed by 30 minutes of tea and social! Class blocks of 6-8 weeks. Suitable until your baby crawls.

Postnatal Core Restore

An eight-week step-by-step online programme designed especially for busy mothers, to help get your body moving in a safe and supportive way at home.

Whether your baby is 2 months, 2 years, or 2 decades old, I designed this 8-week online programme for postpartum women to help gently restore function to the muscles that worked so hard to make your babies.

The exercises you’ll learn will help lay the foundations for health and function, so whether you’re looking to get back into sports and fitness, feel stronger or prepare for further pregnancies, your body is ready.
