I’m excited to share our latest online Pilates video release hitting Pilates At Home on 1st June. This month, we've got something for everyone: a 45-minute strength all-rounder to energise you, a posture-aligning session using a ball and resistance band, a quick but intense ab blast with the overball, and a shoulder-releasing class with a foam roller and band. 45-minute strength all-rounder
A great intermediate all-rounder class which will work your entire body leaving you feeling strong, centred and full of energy.

45-minute strength and posture
Using the ball and resistance band as our props we’ll open the front of the body and build strength in the muscles you need to stand tall. Align and strengthen all over with this class.

23-minute abs focus
Using the overball to target all of the abdominal muscles.

18-minutes to free and strong shoulders
Using the roller and a long band we’ll free up the shoulders to release tension, improve posture and breath capacity and layer on strength at the end.
