At Home Pilates classes to relieve, release and rebalance you for 2025
Let's kickstart your 2025 Pilates practice with these four great new classes.
Knowing we were starting the year after a period of indulgence, I’ve created a class to help decrease bloating, and speed up digestion which I hope will be welcome. It’s a short class and can be used anytime you feel bloated or at the time in your cycle.
You’ll find a classical Pilates flow designed for you more intermediate movers, a class to support those of you who work at screens or drive for your jobs as well as a spine focused class which is sure to make you feel taller and breathe better.
We hope these classes relieve, release and rebalance you for the month and year ahead!
I have also curated a free workout planner of classes for the month to help you move more; 3 classes per week plus an optional somatic class to help you unwind and decompress at the end of the week. You can follow along week by week and move on any day that works best for your schedule. Classes are all under an hour so there isn’t a big time commitment each week; you just need to show up on your mat, breathe and move.
