5 new Pilates At Home workouts for women’s wellness

Spring is just around the corner meaning new energy is just around the corner too! This month we also have International Women’s Day, and I have filmed some great new classes for you to do at home this month, focusing on women’s wellness, especially helpful if you’re experiencing perimenopause or menopause symptoms. I hope you'll love them - here’s an overview of what’s new for our Pilates At Home members.

New at-home Pilates classes for March 

Taking care of your Pelvic Health

For our pelvic floor to be healthy, we need it to be both strong and supple,  Like all of our muscles, the pelvic floor needs balance and needs to work in harmony with our breathing and surrounding muscles.

Cardio Health

We’ll do some of the known Pilates exercises with energy and vigour in order to elevate the heart rate and get your blood pumping. Feel energised and invigorated by the end!

Hips!

Releasing tension in the hips can often go a long way in freeing the lower back too! The perfect class if you’re feeling achy in the back or hips!

Pilates moves for strength and flexibility

Strong and flexible

Can we have both? We want to be able to have control of our flexibility but what if we don’t have flexibility? Do we want to add strength to this? Not really! We’ll combine some mobility to create flexibility and then we’ll layer on some strength movements.

The Brain Fog Class

Brain fog can happen to all of us and can be more common in women as we transition through perimenopause. This class will hone in on one of Joseph Pilates’ principles of concentration so we hone our focus and mindful presence.
